Zibi London Ltd are committed to supporting our suppliers and to trade ethically so that customers can be confident they are purchasing products that are responsibly sourced and sold.

All suppliers working in partnership with Zibi London Ltd must meet the legal requirements of the countries they source product from or work in and must endeavour, wherever possible, to limit damage to the environment.

All suppliers working in partnership with Zibi London Ltd must adopt the following Code of Conduct:

  • Workers must freely choose their employment
  • Workers must have the right to freedom of association
  • Working conditions must be safe and hygienic
  • Workers must be paid a living wage
  • Working hours must not be excessive
  • Discrimination must not be practised in the workplace
  • Workers must not be treated harshly or inhumanely
  • Child labour must not be used

Zibi London Ltd prohibits the use of real fur (excluding sheepskin, goatskin and cowhide) or pelts, Karakul, any skin taken from the animal while it was alive or from aborted animals on any products traded on our website or in our concessions.
