  • What are my delivery options?
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and orders should be made by 2pm for same day dispatch. Any orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)£4.00

International Delivery (7-10 working days depending on location) - From £12.00
 
  • How Do I Return an Item?

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. 

We hope you love your Zibi London purchase but if for any reason the item is unsuitable, you have up to 28 days from receipt to return your items. Please follow the returns instructions you receive with your order. If you have bought items from multiple brands, you will need to return to multiple brands.

Returns are at your own expense but this doesn't have to cost a fortune unless you got wrong item / size. We advise you send via a tracked service and Royal Mail Second Class Signed For is the most cost-effective (around £2.80).

Any item on Zibi London can be returned if unsuitable, with the exception of made-to-measure dresses, and due to health and hygiene reasons. You will receive a full refund as long as the item returned is in perfect condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags intact. When trying on items, please be extra careful not to mark the dress with make-up or deodorant. 

Your refund can take 10-14 working days to be processed and the money to be refunded into your account.
